How do I order?
You may order from our website. Our sales and info email addresses are listed and we use Paypal for on-line payments. Paypal incurs a 5% fee. We may use your credit card through Paypal. We also accept personal checks and money orders. You may also order by US mail for orders paid for by check or money order.

Do you make custom covers?
Yes, our regular prices are for custom covers.

Do you have covers or accessories in stock ready to ship?
Most of our covers are made at the time of purchase. When you email with an order it will be shipped immediately upon payment if we have one made.

How should I measure my steel guitar or amp?
We have measuring guidelines and chart on the measurement page. Please give exact measurements in inches. I add for ease of fit when making the cover.
On steel guitars measure from top of the keys to the bottom of the body. I will add for the hem.
For amplifiers, measure from bottom of amp body, not the feet (or to the floor). You don’t want your amp cover dragging on the floor.

What if my cover or bag doesn’t fit or there’s a problem with it?
When you measure your amp or steel guitar and send us the dimensions, we’ll double-check them and let you know if there seems to be a problem. Please be accurate. We want your cover to fit, be we can’t be responsible mis-measurements!

What colors of vinyl do you have available?
We always have black. The vinyl colors we have available change with my suppliers’ stock on hand. If you email with a color preference I can email what we have available at the time of your initial email. Since scanned or photographed colors show up differently depending on your computer monitor we will not offer refunds on the basis of color. Upon request I can email scans of vinyl colors. If the cover color is very important to you, a sample of vinyl can be shipped to you for $1.00.
At this time have several metallics available and textured vinyls.

Do you offer embroidery of names on covers?
Yes! We have just recently acquired an embroidery machine and can offer that service.

Can you put a logo on my cover?
Sorry, we are unable because of legal trademark laws to apply any manufacturer’s logo to a cover.
If you are a manufacturer, we can work with you to add logos to your covers.

If I have a design I’d like put on a cover can you do that?
Yes, I will work with you on any design ideas you may have. Refer to our cover pages for examples of special designs we have put on covers. All these designs are also available.

If I buy more than one cover will can I combine shipping?
Yes, you will save money on shipping when you purchase more than one cover at a time rather than buying separately. Please email for shipping costs.

Do you ship outside of the USA?
We ship Internationally using USPS. I only accept USD funds and there is a 6% Paypal fee.

How soon will my cover be shipped?
Covers are made and shipped in order of payment. You will be sent an email informing you of the shipping date when payment is received. We make every effort to send out orders as promptly as possible, usually in less than a week, but when we get busy it may take longer, and we’ll keep you updated.
